Not only was she a pleasure to work with and an overall great person but it felt like working with a friend which was very calming and appreciated in such a hectic and stressful market. Kristin has too many skills to list individually but to mention a few: her knowledge of the market and area was crucial to help us navigate 10 listings in 1 day which ultimately resulted in us finding our forever home in a single weekend! This was also very apparent with the offer process, without Kristin, her insights, and guidance we definitely do not think we would have come away with the winning offer. Her ability to create and manage a relationship with the opposing agent while still driving the best results for us was very impressive. The sellers were in the process of replacing the septic system and although we were a little nervous it was going to be done in time for closing, Kristin was very diligent in following up with the seller’s agent to drive completion as well as make sure we were well informed and kept our minds at ease during the process. While the sale went through, there were things to deal with post sale that came up due to our unfamiliarity with the property. Kristen was instrumental in keeping things moving forward and finding a resolution for both parties. She definitely went above and beyond while always clearly communicating with both sides. Without her efforts, I am not sure we would have been able to get through this event so effectively.
